Someone Saved My Life Tonight

Butterfly_1 It took the three of us about two hours to find our path out of the past and out of the darkness. The longer we talked the more we understood what it would take to get unstuck from those life long patterns. The patterns we stay connected to even though we are miserable as we wallow inside of them. What is the payoff for remaining stuck? There must be something or we would have broken free a long time ago. Why do we stay in an empty relationship? Why do we resign ourselves to living so miserably rather than becoming what we truly desire to be?  What are we afraid of?

We agreed that a good time to start on our new path was yesterday. Walking into this new found freedom must begin now. No more excuses. No more lingering over the past. It's time to force our way out of the cocoon. I said to my friend; "thanks for finally showing up to live the life that you want to live, nice to see you, we've been waiting for you."

What will it take for you to get unstuck? What will it take for you to break free of those chains that bind, for you to rise up to become what is deep in your heart?  That hidden side of you that's been pushed aside because you're too busy meeting needs for everyone else. Do you dare answer that question? I chose to answer it. Now I can never go back. I am waiting for you too. Come on...
