RAYMOND M. BASILE (pronounced ba-silly)
In addition to being a producer, designer and self-professed part time philosopher, Ray Basile considers himself a new media guru of sorts working for the past twelve years defining the visual branding strategies for such innovative companies as American Eagle, Express, Nordstrom, Harley Davidson and Jimmy’Z. Basile is well known in the retail industry for his ability to translate a company’s brand into a meaningful and unique in-store experience for its customers. His work in retail video design was recognized with four Telly awards and an Addy.
Mr. Besilly has recently begun to find fresh expression through writing and amateur photography expanding his passion for the creative arts. In his free time, Basile enjoys staying active in the Seattle art community where his original art has been regularly showcased. He lives with his wife, Terri, outside of Seattle, Washington where they share the adventure of raising their two teenage children. The Basile's keep busy promoting the power of love on bestkisses.com their unique kissing photo website, a labor of love they launched in summer of 2007.
Blogging has become Mr. Besilly’s most recent guilty pleasure second in line to his Jack Russell Terrier, Domino and taking long walks. You can find Mr. Besilly on-line daily, breaking the speed limit as he barrels down one man's highway.
